Candace M. Malone, Esq. is a dually licensed attorney, licensed in both Georgia and New York. In 2010, Candace earned an undergraduate degree in Telecommunication/Media Studies with an English minor from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She then went on to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. During law school, Candace was selected as a member of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School’s Moot Court Board and as a Dean’s Fellow for her achievements in Legal Research and Writing as well as Oral Advocacy. Following law school, Attorney Malone began her career working for the City of Atlanta as a Conflict Attorney, before the Honorable Judge Christopher Ward and the Honorable Judge Crystal Gaines defending Georgians charged with both major and minor D.U.I., drug and traffic offenses. While working for the City of Atlanta, Candace attained multiple case dismissals for DUI, drug and traffic court clients. Further fueling her passion for criminal justice, Candace went on to become a Supervising Assistant District Attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where she presented over 2,000 cases before Grand Juries for indictment on behalf of the State of Georgia. She also provided legal support to various law enforcement agencies throughout Greater Atlanta to ensure justice was served in her community. Attorney Malone’s willingness to learn civil law and to become a well-rounded attorney led her to sign on as an Associate Attorney with one of New York City’s top law firms, where she defended various insurance companies from personal injury actions, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, medical malpractice actions and wrongful death actions. During this time, Candace gained a keen understanding of how insurance companies evaluate personal injury claims as well as a mastery of civil law. Candace’s expertise in insurance law and desire to continue in her zealous advocacy for others led her to join one of the nation’s most acclaimed personal injury firms, Morgan & Morgan, as an Associate Attorney. Throughout her time as a personal injury attorney, she has successfully helped injured clients all over Georgia receive compensation for life changing accidents. Candace prides herself on providing the best legal representation to each and every client that walks through the door, and she constantly works to perfect her craft and obtain the best possible outcome for her clients. A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Candace enjoys spending time with family and friends and experiencing the world through travel. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the New York Bar Association.

I used Attorney Malone for a couple traffic violations. She was friendly and approachable. Most importantly, she was knowledgeable and worked hard to get the cases settled in my favor. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend her to others.
"Candace Malone is without a doubt, a rising star in the criminal defense world. It seems as if she has unlimited energy when fighting on behalf of a client. Candace worked with me during her time in law school, and I knew from day one that she would be a rockstar."
