Biography
Burton Miller practices in the field of family law, focusing on domestic litigation, including divorce, child custody, child support, legitimations, and contempts. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2023.
Burton has been involved in family law his entire life, having been adopted at five months old and growing up in a divorced household. Having seen his parent's ability to co-parent is what led him to wanting to practice family law. During law school, he interned for Judge Ural Glanville in the Family Division of the Fulton County Superior Court and with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, actively assisting victims of domestic abuse obtain protection orders. He also was selected as a pupil in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court and was elected and served as President of the Family Law Society.
Burton currently lives in Atlanta and enjoys exploring the Atlanta Beltline on the weekends. He also cheers for the Atlanta Braves and regularly travels to Athens during the fall for UGA football games.

Very professional lawyer
