About Brenton
Biography
Brenton S. Bean is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Brent's practice is primarily devoted to representing companies in lawsuits brought against them by employees. He litigates a variety of employment discrimination cases, as well as class action and collective wage and hour claims. He also provides advice and counsel to management regarding employment law issues. In addition to his employment practice, Brent focuses on professional liability claims, including a wide variety of professional negligence cases and errors and omissions claims for insurance agencies. Brent also defends companies in consumer law claims and has significant appellate experience.
Prior to joining HPTY, Brent served as General Counsel of a financial services company. Brent is also fluent in written and spoken German and is also an Eagle Scout.
