My family and I were very impressed by the quality of service and care provide by Dr Knights when handling our case. There was always good communication throughout the course of the case and anything we didn't understand was addressed timely and thoroughly explained. knights Law form represented me during a criminal charge. Initially, the firm and it’s attorney was available, reassuring and diligent. This was process was over the course of several months. However, after going to the final court date and receiving the final judgement. The follow up from the f...irm , dropped off the radar. I called, left voicemails, emails and text several times a day. Never to receive a response. Disappointed because I entrusted my case to these professionals and was advise to take a plea. Ironically, the advise I was given after the trail was to follow up with Clayton County Sheriff office form to resolve my issue or dispute the judgement and ( after all this would be an appeal, right) . Instead I was dismissed and provided little to NO guidance on next steps. I thought this was why your hired attorneys to represent your best interest. the law office should have followed up on and provided additional guidance. I can only assume , after payment was made and judgement was done, the care and sincerity that initially was given, went out the window. It was clearly obvious, the vision, motto and culture defined as the core values was not a true definition of the care and commitment given to their clients. As a matter of fact, the attorney was previously up for judgeship In Clayton County. That should have been my red flag, that the partnership with the firm and the Clayton county justice system, was deeper that my pockets could ever extend. This did not appear to be a case that was represented by a firm that sincerely cares about the community it serves. Yet, just maybe, protecting its own interest. Last but not least, the attorney in question was a formal ADA for Clayton as well. Guess, having connections pays everybody’s bills. So, my simple advise from a commoner, taxpayer and a regular everyday person, seeking professional guidance. Is to consider all of the facts prior to entrusting your case, livelihood and your freedom.
