Impatient, a bit arrogant
In a brief consulation (which was not a free consult as listed on the website), Ms. Presley seemed knowledgeable, but impatient, had a bit of an attitude, and some arrogance. I did not feel that she treated me, the customer, with respect and compassion for the most difficult situation I was dealing ...

Ruled by emotions, not professionalism
After rejecting her fee to accomplish a minor change to our Estate Plan, we had another attorney handle the matter at 1/10 the fee demanded by Presley. When we submitted the revision for inclusion in our Plan, she had a snit and demanded we retrieve our Estate Plan which her firm had drafted 9 years...
