This was my very first time filing for bankruptcy and was afraid b/c of the stories that I had heard of in not being able to get credit for ten years. After the court date I received a letter from the judge approving my bankruptcy. I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders and I could start over again with rebuilding my credit.
