Absolutely crushed
Never gave updates on the case nor cared enough to explain things. Were crushed when finally speaking with her and she admitted she was doing nothing on the case. No empathy.

Dissatisfied
She doesn't care about her clients. She's very rude and she gets upset if you ask her about your case. I wish I never hired her!
