I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this firm. I trusted them with my DACA renewal, but getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible; phone calls go unanswered, and text communication from the assistant is completely unreliable and randomly stops. ...This is unfortunately a pattern. During my previous renewal, they completely forgot to mail my application to immigration, causing my status, work permit, and driver's license to expire, which caused an immense amount of stress. Even after giving them another chance, they are failing to communicate or take my case seriously again. I trusted them with my future, but their negligence is unacceptable.
