I waited five years to leave this review. After full payment of over $5,000 was made he no longer made us a priority. Phone calls went unanswered along with emails not being replied back to. We dealt with job loss, Covid-19, family death, and other life events over five years and he did not display a...n ounce of compassion. I felt like I was the attorney, and he was my client. I have to do all my own research call other bankruptcy attorneys to get sound advice about my case. His paralegal is/was amazing she tried to help and keep us up to date on our case as much as possible but not him. I really anticipated a professional, knowledgeable, and supportive individual however, my experience with Alex fell significantly short of these expectations. Several issues Alex needs to improve on are lack of communication, inadequate guidance, unprofessional comments, and errors in his decision making. We lost assets because of him when we could have gone another direction better yet used another lawyer. One other thing he is very condescending in his replies. He failed us during our time of difficulty.

Filed bankruptcy and had to ask for case to be dismissed due to medical reasons. I paid him $280.00 to start case. Trust was set up and a large amount of money was set aside to pay creditors by taking it from my work check. I had to have case dismissed and asked to have the money that was put aside t...o pay creditors returned he did not return any money. I asked for an account of where the money went and it shows all but $22.00 went to him. Also after case was dismissed they still took money from my work check ! Twice! And u had to call trustee! They are returning one payment!! Not both! Even though both were taken after case was dismissed! All the money that was saved to pay off my bills he kept and also took money that should have not been taken and has not returned it! I suggest no one use him as an attorney! Thanks for putting me further in debt!

After reading a previous review, I was skeptical about using Alex. But the review seemed so contrary to the man I met, so I went ahead and took a chance. I am so glad I did! He is a certified bankruptcy attorney and has been in practice for over 25 years. And his skill was highlighted when I sat in t...he 341 meeting and listened to many other people have their cases continued because their attorneys had forgotten information or made errors. My case sailed through. Even the court staff commented on his excellent reputation!
