I was arrested for DUI after going through a roadblock in Henry County. Suesan and her staff were very responsive and courteous throughout my case. I was thoroughly happy with the outcome of the case even though the Solicitor made it difficult for Suesan throughout. If there is ever a time i get another criminal charge, Suesan will be the first and only person that I call to help me.

I have retained Suesan Miller on 3 occasions and she was able to secure a more than favorable outcome every time. She and her staff exceeded every expectation that I had and were absolutely wonderful to work with. I have recommended her to several friends and would not use anyone one else.

I called attorney Susan Miller after several of my friends and associates recommended her.
I couldn't have imagined how great of an impact that decision would have on my life, and my future.
Thanks to her hard work and dedication to justice, I'm able to live A very successful life without fear of any skeletons from my past showing up to detour me.

On my occasion to utilize the services of Ms. Miller, I found her to be incredibly dedicated and compassionate in the case that we were working on. Never have I witnessed someone who put everything they had into their profession. She honestly was there every step of the way in the emotional nature of my court case. I would be delighted to recommend her to anyone that would prefer to have an attorney in their corner that doesn't fit the mold of the average every day attorney that we all know.

Suesan Miller represented me and the judge dismissed the case. She is the best of the best. I have referred her to other people that are in need of a top notch professional attorney. She is a very professional, positive, dedicated attorney and gets the job done. She always called me back if I had a question or if she was in court her assistant would contact me. I definitely made the right decision when I chose Suesan Miller as my attorney. Knowing that my case was dismissed was a huge weight off of my shoulders. I will never be able to thank Suesan Miller for what she did for me. Please do not hesitate if you are in need of an excellent attorney that fights for you and gets the job done. Call Suesan Miller.

In 2014 I unfortunately was pulled over on my way home from work and was asked to give a breathalyzer. As a bartender I always heard stories of how amazing Suesan was and had her card that clearly stated no matter what do not blow. Two drinks almost cost me two jobs; my day job consists of visiting my properties all over the state and my evening job required an hour commute. Luckily Suesan made sure I maintained a license even though I refused the breathalyzer and I was able to continue my life while while she handled the sticky mess I got myself into. I would HIGHLY recommend Suesan to anyone in an unfortunate bind and I can guarantee you would not be disappointed because she puts her heart into every case and genuinely cares.

I remember sitting in Suesan Miller's office for our first consultation. I was at a low point in my life, to say the least; actually, it was the lowest point I had ever been at in my life. After making the decision to leave an abusive marriage my estranged husband had returned home only to incite an argument and then frame ME for the ordeal after calling my parents and police and alleging that I had "lost my marbles" and become enraged and violent.... and had done so in the presence of my then 3 year old son. Believing my pictures of the injuries I had sustained during the last 6 months to surely be enough to overturn this horrendous lie I heard my husband spinning to the police and my parents you can imagine how shocked and scared I became when, having barely been spoken to by the responding officers, I ended up handcuffed in the back of a police cruiser on my way to jail. That weekend in the Henry Co. Jail marked the first time I had ever been arrested, in trouble, had my faith shaken, etc. and also the first time I had been away from my son for more than 24 hours. "Low point" seems hardly sufficient to describe the loneliness and pain and fear and heartache I was filled with in that office as I recanted my story to Suesan.
But she heard me. She believed me. She felt my pain and she cared about me. She helped save me from becoming a bitter cynic that scoffs in the face of justice and she made me believe that even though the officers who hadn't listened or cared about me enough to process the situation fully the horrible night of my arrest, there was hope. Suesan came up with a game plan that day and set me on a course to overhaul the charges I had been wrongfully faced with. I followed her advice and on the day of my indictment hearing we got the response we wanted to hear- Dismissed, Expunged, Sealed. Having my faith restored in our justice system as well as my faith in my own strength was more of a blessing than I could have ever hoped for and has been the cornerstone I needed to break away from this agonizingly painful experience and an equally painful relationship and build a foundation for a new life, of which I am in control. I would not be where I am today had I not hired this amazing lady to represent me, of that I am sure. She is every bit genuine as she is an amazing legal representative. I am happy to say she has, in me, a client and a friend for life.

My son received a second DUI in less than 5 years. We knew that we needed help. He went to Suesan and talked with her, she assured him no jail time. When we went to court, Suesan took us back and talked to us on what she had accomplished with the prosecutor, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, 48 hours in jail, (which was fine), fine and fees and ability to get limited license for work. This was for the DUI charge. There was also an open container charge that got another 12 months probation, another 40 hours community service, another 48 hours in jail and fine and fees. She was so pleased with what she had negotiated, as were we. Then she said that she had gotten the DUI to a "One and lifetime DUI", that it would be treated like a first time DUI. That is why she was able to get what she got for us. Now at the beginning of court, when the judge came in, he said directly to Suesan "You aren't going to give me a hard time today, are you?". Not something you want to hear from your judge to your lawyer. So when my son's case was called, the judge was looking at the charges and what was recommended from Suesan and the PA's negotiating. Then the judge asks "Is this your first DUI?", Suesan answers "yes", well of course the judge has all the data right in front of him and says, "no, it's not", the judge gets so angry, and tells my son to sit down. He will get to him later. We trusted Suesan, we do not know the law, that is why we hired her. She lied to us about getting it down to a first time DUI, she lied to him about being able to get a limited license. He lost his job, he ended up getting more than what he would have gotten without an attorney. After the fact, I looked up the punishment for 2nd DUI in GA. Minimum 72 hours in jail, he got 720 hours, 240 hours community service, that is what he got. Fines and fees, which he got, and suspended license for first 120 days, then ability to get limited license. Even with the jail time, community service and fines, she still said that he would be able to get his license for work. And for my son, that was the most important thing, he had just started a job and had not had a drink since the DUI in May. He was doing very well. She said all we had to do was take the certified copies of the citations to the DDS and they would issue him the license. We went to the DDS the next day and they said he wasn't eligible for the limited license. We called her the next day and she was still confident that he could get the limited license and if it wasn't so, then we would go back and change the plea. Well, that was over a month ago, and through many phone calls and emails, talking to her paralegal, not her, we still have not resolved the issue. And now I am getting no response from anyone at the office. I spent a lot of money on Suesan because it said she was the Best DUI lawyer in 2015. My son would have been better off going it alone and talking to the prosecutor. He received MORE than the normal punishment for 2nd DUI in GA and I believe it was because the judge was angry for the lie that Suesan told him.

Ms. Miller was referred to me by another attorney. I was a nervous wreck when I walked in but when I left I knew I had made one of the best decisions of my life. even though I waited until the last minute to seek council, she fit me into her busy schedule. She assured me that I had nothing to worry about. With her research she was able to get my case dismissed. I highly recommend her.
