I've known Mr. Morris for many years and He WAS one of the finest attorney's in the South Metro area, I say this based on observation. However over the past year finding myself in need of his services I've never been so disappointed with the representation I personally received. Luckily my case worke...d itself out with only some minor issues to address that Mr. Morris said he would take care of for an additional fee. Now keeping in mind other than one appearance for about 15 minutes I never entered a court room again, but with the original monies I paid and monthly payments I felt the remaining issues would be well worth him getting them addressed by paying a additional large sum. After 5 additional months with NO action on his part toward addressing the issues we discussed and many attempts on my part to talk with him and remind him of them I GIVE UP! Mr. Morris I truely pray you will get your life together so that you may restore your good name and reputation cause mine never will be; as well as for your current clients.

Horrible "attorney"!! I have never delt with such a childish, unprofessional person in my life, especially in the field of law. I spend thousands of dollars on the lawyer for a misdemeanor charge. I have attempted to contact him multifarious times while my case was pending. He never answered phone ...calls, I left messages to his secretary. NO response back from Ricky. At all!! He says he has a "personal life outside of work" for these reasons... Even though I called and tried to set up meetings during office hours multiple different times! I wanted to do one thing in court, he wouldn't listen and tried to force decisions on me resulting in no need for my begged conference with him for weeks. I have never in my life have seen such unprofessional business in the courtroom; back and forth arguing and telling between Ricky and the solicitor trying to show who is the better and bigger man.. Everyone was in awe, by this crazy unexpected behavior in a courtroom. In result of Ricky's unprofessional outrageous behavior in the courtroom and the lack of effort of communication to his own client for weeks at a time because of his big-headed arrogant careless behavior, thousands of dollars spend on this horrible person to represent me and also because of his behavior, I got 10 days in jail. If I would have hired NO attorney I would have saved thousands of dollars and would not have spend 10 days in jail. Do not hire this attorney, unless you pay him for him to not talk to you or reply to your various messages, and for him to go crazy in the courtroom resulting in a very harsh punishment! (I wouldn't have gotten jail time if I didn't even hire him or any attorney at all!! But if you murdered or raped someone, you should hire him... Because he has no sense of morals and would fight a case knowing a poor innocent family member got murdered.. Just like a few weeks ago when he lost his murder case. He would still fight for it and try to make you found innocent. So if you kill someone or even probably rape someone or do something very unethical, he's your man. He simply has no time for his clients, everyone in the courtroom that hired him hasn't heard from him in days and was pissed: also the lawyers, solicitors, sheriffs, and judge was pissed off for his unprofessionalism. He keeps you out of the loop, and then acts childish and screws you over resulting probably with unneeded jail time and harsher punishments for his childish, arrogant behavior and lack of communication to his clients. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM!!!!!! You will get treated horribly and probably get a harsher punishment than not even having any attorney in the first place. Better off not even having an attorney. I still can't believe his behavior to his own client and how he acted and made a hissy fit yelling in front of the entire courtroom!

Ricky is a take charge kind of attorney who will interrupt you and will correct you when and if necessary, he will give you the BEST EXPERT ADVICE and he KNOWS the LAW! We were looking at a Felony and he got it dropped. There is no price for freedom. Ricky is Worth every cent. However he is ver...y fair, will work with you and you will not regret retaining him. His staff is extremely patient, professional as well as very knowledgeable.
