Failed to attend court
Mr. Jaugstetter failed to appear in court on my behalf and told me that the opposing attorney had told him that he did not need to attend. All of the other attorneys involved attended and the judge ruled against me. Mr. Jaugstetter later fired me as his client and declined to explain to the court why...
