Salvia is the best family attorney that I know. She was very knowledgeable, consistent, and sympathetic to ALL my needs as a client as well as a single mother. After a long drawn out custody battle that had been brewing since mid 2011, we came out quite victorious in the end! I must say that Attorney Smith's expertise and skills in this realm reigned supreme! I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a zealous family lawyer, especially due to the fact that I had a very hard case. If I were you I would want such a champion on my team to bring back a for sure victory!

She does not have her act together. She and her assistant rarely returns phone calls or e-mails sometimes for weeks on end.
I notified her office of 3 separate court scheduled appearances. The last was the final court date. I discovered the court date on a Sunday evening and it was scheduled just 3 days later on a Wednesday. When I did speak with her, her reply was nonchalantly, "I thought my assistant told you.
The judge was so frustrated, that she eventually dismissed my entire case.
Now, after more than a year since I first filed, I have to file all over again. My husband is also free to pay whatever child support he feels like paying because the court ordered child support was thrown out. Salvia's office did nothing to address the situation.
I (a stay at home mom) had to file for support through the GA Department of Human Services on my own.
The situation of client neglect got so bad that even my husband wrote her an email begging her to do her job. No reply as usual.
When I asked her to refund my retainer, not only did she refuse, but she demanded .15 per copy of every page in my file which I will need to give to another more qualified attorney to refile my divorce.
I have been advised by a more experienced attorney to report her to the GA Bar Association.
My experience with Salvia Smith has been a nightmare. Do NOT do it!
