Caring and Genuine

Maria is a lawyer with a heart and is genuine. She will fight for you, give you her honest opinion/suggestion but will go with what you choose. She will fight for you, no matter how long it takes. She is in it for you and the long haul, not the payout. She really cares about her clients and gets miraculous results. Can't recommend her enough.

Fights like you are her family

Mrs McCoy was a literal godsend. Her knowledge of the law was exceptional and she kept in constant contact to keep us updated. She was so kind and compassionate with our situation and really went the extra mile to help us. If you have a custody issue Maria is an attorney that will tell you the truth and fight for you. J. McCoy - Best lawyer in Griffin.

I highly recommend The McCoy Law office for Family Law. Mrs. McCoy handled my case exceptionally well. She is the most knowledgeable, organized, professional and not to mention, quick witted attorney I have ever come across. She answered any and all questions me and my husband had and made sure we understood everything 100%. Mrs. McCoy will not disappoint, I am very proud to say that she is my lawyer! I used mrs. McCoy for a estate . She always updated without me having to ask . She kept me in the loop 100%. She handled everything in a nice timely manner and made me feel like I was her top priority . I will use her again if i ever need anything and I will continue to recommend her to others

Awesome experience

Mrs. McCoy gave me a free consultation and was very thorough in addressing my concerns. I hired her to establish custody and visitation for my kids as father's are sometimes left to fight. She assured me that father's rights matter and I am very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
