Eugene was appointed over my grandfather's estate, before even talking with me and my sisters it was obvious that he already sided with my grandfather's sister, who was not even an heir to his estate. I actually had several police reports against that supposed to be great-aunt from where she loaded u...p her truck several times full of my grandfather's stuff. Mr. Dabbs was appointed by a court to Administer an estate. There were multiple heirs. Mr. Dabbs was supposed to act as an unbiased third party for all heirs. He seemed good at first but, it soon became apparent that he is weak. He performed just as one heir and that one heir's attorney would hav...e him to perform. He teamed up with one heir and that one heir's attorney and he abandoned the remaining heirs. Mr. Dabbs did not act as an unbiased third party as he was instructed and agreed to do by and with the court. Find Another Attorney. In that area go with younger and stronger.
