There is no way to track it. If you are going to use money orders, you should send them certified mail with a return receipt. Otherwise, use checks.

You cannot likely terminate his parental rights. You can file for name changes, but he is entitled to notice.

Yes, if you violate a court order you can go to jail. If the court tells you to sell it, you sell it.
