Larry Jack Overman II

Jack Overman handled a Juvenile Court matter of mine. He failed to turn any orders the court instructed him to prepare until months past due, which in turn, was devistating to my case. He tells people that he has sent notices to other parties of the matter, but throughout the hearing, he contradict...s himself, that it was sent via mail, UPS, a process server, and then that he never did. Again, this was devistating to my case. He obviously has no concern for his client, and thinks that he can do whatever he pleases, at the detriment of my case. Other attorneys and court personnel were not able to contact him either. Very poor service.

Could not get in touch with Mr. Overman after handing over a retainer. He never returned phone calls. His law partner finally took over the case. After several friends of mine received the same treatment from him, I find that I cannot in good conscience recommend Mr. Overman as a competent attorne...y. He takes money, does not follow through with representing the client.
