Kimberly Annette Ellison

I was introduced to Kimberly in 2020 by Wayne Kendall. Initially I was nervous, but once I talked to her and finally met her, I was at ease. It seems like almost every time I spoke with her, things got better and better, until finally she informed me that my case was dismissed! Can't tell if she is 2...5 or 52. Doesn't matter. Awesome woman!

Ms Ellison is by far the best attorney I have ever hired to represent me. She represented me & then my husband & I, thus we hired Ms Ellison for 2 cases. I have been involved in some past cases unfortunately during my life & my husband & I hired have several different attorneys during those cases. No...t happy with any of them going back to 2000 with the exception of one - out of at least 9 attorneys -this does not include Ms Ellison. It’s hard to truly find the words to express how awesome Ms Ellison is. She is very compassionate, understanding, caring & truly listens to you -no matter the situation. She does not make you feel rushed b/c your 30 minutes or hour is up. She honestly cares about the clients she represents. She is very knowledgeable & very detail oriented. She is soft spoken during client meetings as well as in court. She’s not one of those loud, obnoxious, attacking attorneys toward the jury nor the defendant or plaintiff. She gets her point across in a very caring demeanor but stern in a compassionate demeanor. I had major anxiety as Ms Ellison represented me in a very personal case. My last time having to go up & actually sit in the seat by the judge was during my early life (like 12 yrs old). Therefore I had major anxiety about having to do that again when Ms Ellison was my attorney. Due to my anxiety (regardless that I knew I was innocent of charges brought forth on me ) She actually allowed me to go into a courtroom & do role play with her asking me questions as I answered them. My voice crackled & anxiety was off the chart during the first like 3 or 4 times. Ms Ellison continued this role play until I had finally felt I had attained the confidence needed for my upcoming trial. Ms Ellison seriously is the best attorney ever & truly cares about her clients. I didn’t know until after my trial of which I was found not guilty that she had never lost not even one of her cases. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Ms Ellison -she’s the best & I admire her so much. BELIEVE ME -YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER, IF YOU RETAIN MS ELLISON- YOU WILL BE SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE THE REPRESENTATION OF MS ELLISON. She’s not only my favorite attorney but I feel confident in saying I can count her as one of my friends as well.
