Child Custody
Mr. Nagle never returned calls, gave bad advice, Attempted to brow beat and coerce us into giving up the child, by stating that "we didn't have a case". We had the child for numerous years. Mr. Nagle did not inform us of court dates nor times until a day ahead. Mr.Nagle did not subpoena witnesses....
As an attorney I am bound by ethical requirements such as attorney-client confidentiality. Rule 1.6 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct states that “[a] lawyer shall maintain in confidence all information gained in the professional relationship with a client. . . .” Because of this rule I cannot provide a response to defend myself from these comments because I am obligated to maintain in confidence all that occurred during my representation. As an attorney, I give honest assessments and opinions to my clients about their case and work hard to help the client address the difficult issues that they are facing.
