Adam Richard Nagel

Hiring Adam was the One of the Smartest moves I've ever made. He handled Gage's case with such Professionalism, Respect & Courtesy. I know that I "bugged & aggravated" Tammy (in the front office) terribly but she never wavered and always addressed any/all concerns or questions that I had. The main t...hing that really impressed me was that Gage nor I was ever "talked down to" as most attorneys tend to do. We were always treated with the utmost respect. Gage has difficulty understanding a lot of things said to him due to his comprehension & cognitive issues but Adam always tried to explain in detail & on Gage's level if there was something that he didn't understand. Taking that extra time really made this mama happy. Adam Nagel w/Pasley & Nuce in Barnesville, GA was AWESOME & Highly Recommended!!!!! Thank you for all that you did to help Gage with his case.

i hired adam for a divorce case. my wife left me moved to another state and was sleeping with an much older man with my daughter with her. he took my case saying I had her for abandonment, adultery, and theft. after a long drawn out case she won. he did not put up much of a fight. she took everything... from me and I have to pay her for a very long time to come. adam sat in on a conference call with 3 other lawyers on child custudy and agreed to all terms even signed papers. he would not enforce the agreement. very poor on returning calls and emails. the worst mistake I made was keeping him as me lawyer. he is only after the money from clients during case. I will never recommend him or his firm to anyone. he told me I make to much money and she is owed it because of my child. I had text and emails from her he offered nothing. told me I was blowing it up bigger than it was.

Mr. Nagle never returned calls, gave bad advice, Attempted to brow beat and coerce us into giving up the child, by stating that "we didn't have a case". We had the child for numerous years. Mr. Nagle did not inform us of court dates nor times until a day ahead. Mr.Nagle did not subpoena witnesses.... We used this attorney for a very short period of time, and he did NOTHING!
