I am always careful when resolving cases with new charges that caused a revo warrant to issue. Get a lawyer.

Not always easy to do, but you need Court approval to terminate early. File a motion before the Court.

If this were state court then it looks like a misdemeanor possible PTD if first offense but this is a Federal/Military issue. Hire a lawyer.

It depends on whether you took responsibility for it before or while she was in jail. Yes, you could be responsible even if it is not yours.

Mandatory 48 with balance on probation for a First - second is high and aggravated meaning no 2 for 1 like the first. No PTD but you do get credit...
