I was referred to Natalie regarding a family issue--I was blown away by her professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. She is extremely busy but took the time to explain processes & procedures that I was able to understand and carefully listened to my concerns regarding the case. I have referre...d Natalie to a couple of colleagues who were equally pleased.

Horrible experience. She talks a good game but doesn't do the job. These reviews must have been written by her friends. Found out after hiring she has a bad reputation. Took the money, made lots of promises and now she won't cooperate in helping transferring files even though she promised she would. ...She ignores us for months then apologies. It's been awful.

I recently hired Natalie to assist with a divorce that has been nasty to an abusive man. Natalie oversold has done a poor job wrapping it up. I agree with the previous commenters that she can be aloof and often times unresponsive. She will likely reply claiming that this information is untrue (whi...ch is what I just reviewed on this site) which is no surprise. Natalie, in my opinion, has a difficult time accepting accountability when her client’s are not happy with her performance. Instead of disclaiming the cause of many of their issues - it’d be nice to see her accent responsibility and make things right. I have taken additional actions that I cannot discuss on a review.

Hiring Natalie was the worst mistake of my life. She was not only negligent in communicating with me, she was extremely disorganized and made several excuses for why she was unprofessional and absent as counsel. Excuses ranged from a death in the family to her daughter’s cat running up a tree. I’d ...prompt her on several occasions to communicate effectively, but she was constantly unresponsive and did not meet deadlines that she herself imposed causing me additional grief and expense. She constantly produced documents that were chock full of inaccuracies - misspelled names, addresses and has unethical billing practices. I see that someone else has left a similar review. After doing research in the Woodstock area on Mrs. Green, someone in the clerk’s office advised that she had a poor reputation in our community - I wished I had known. During one of our court appearances, she was late and almost ran someone over in the parking lot attempting to get to the court room. I recommend that you find an attorney with a better reputation and sense of urgency, with more concern for her client’s best interest.
