Natalie Green Hosea

Hiring Natalie was the worst mistake of my life. She was not only negligent in communicating with me, she was extremely disorganized and made several excuses for why she was unprofessional and absent as counsel. Excuses ranged from a death in the family to her daughter’s cat running up a tree. I’d ...prompt her on several occasions to communicate effectively, but she was constantly unresponsive and did not meet deadlines that she herself imposed causing me additional grief and expense. She constantly produced documents that were chock full of inaccuracies - misspelled names, addresses and has unethical billing practices. I see that someone else has left a similar review. After doing research in the Woodstock area on Mrs. Green, someone in the clerk’s office advised that she had a poor reputation in our community - I wished I had known. During one of our court appearances, she was late and almost ran someone over in the parking lot attempting to get to the court room. I recommend that you find an attorney with a better reputation and sense of urgency, with more concern for her client’s best interest.

Hired for a case for one week filing in Magistrate court. Ms. Green asked for and received funds for my case through a system called Venmo. Ms. Green then stated she did not receive the funds a week later. She asked for and received the above amount again plus additional funds through this same pay...ment provider. She was dismissed a day later without returning the overpayment. It was later learned that she received both payments instantly on both dates. In addition, a few weeks later, I noticed the Venmo account showed a negative balance for both payments. I believed she was not paid. I wrote to her and asked for a final bill, in good faith. She sent another bill, knowing that she had already received the above two payments. She asked for and received a personal check. So we have three payments that she has received totalling close to $4,000. She returned the personal check. Then Ms. Green sent another bill with a different amount. That's four different amounts. She also sent a check for an amount that was less that what she owed me in the refund. That check was returned to her. Ms. Green now has refused any contact to resolve the issue.

In my opinion, Natalie did horrible job representing me (divorce case). On the first hearing "Natalie" showed up late to court (she was one hour late). Natalie showed up totally unprepared. Also, she did not communicate well with me. I will never hire this attorney again. I do not recommend Natalie t...o anyone. For more information please contact me and I will share my file with you.
