Michael John Hudson

My father hired Mr. Hudson back in 2016 to help me with an unlawful eviction for non-payment dispute with landlord. Informed Mr. Hudson that I had witnesses, videos, photos, and documentation supporting my claims, that i never received any late notices of a past due balance, and of the landlord's re...fusal to accept full pymt the same day i was blindsided by the process server. I spoke with Mr. Hudson about these items at length on several occasions - before which my father had also discussed the matter with Mr. Hudson. On the court date, Mr. Hudson forgot who hired him when he immediately engaged in casual and flirtatiously friendly conversation with the landlord's counsel-laughing and joking as if on a first date which raised the first red flag for me. Then, versus speaking up for me to challenge false amounts owed, Mr. Hudson completely disregarded everything he and I had discussed causing me to pull him to the side 3 times to replay the evidentiary details that we discussed repeatedly and at length in at least 3 calls only to be left thrice dumbfounded by an increasingly obvious lack of effort towards my best interests-red flag #2. What felt like a back-door-deal revealed itself as the landlord's attorney kept "threatening" to go before the judge to which Mr Hudson kept warning me that doing so would be my guaranteed loss regardless of any evidence because Ga is a landlord state- seemingly unethical advice after being hired by a tenant.
