Treated Rudely by staff namely his spouse
Never was informed of any progress. Not available to talk with. Staff member very rude and ugly to my family who was trying to get answers for me since I couldn't see him. Staff sent a personal letter to me instructing to tell my family not to contact or come into his office asking questions.
