Zach and Amanda Burkhalter of the Zachary Burkhalter Law Offices got our family through a very trying time in family court, and continue to be there to support and help no matter what is going on. Mr. Burkhalter represented me in a DUI case and successfully concluded the case by gaining dismissal of case. He argued that evidence was obtained without proper notice of my right to not incriminate myself. The precedent case was at the time on appeal at the Georgia Supreme Court and is at this time... still on the Court's docket. It involves Miranda Rights. The District Attorney declined to prosecute and dismissed the case. I am very happy to give Mr. Burkhalter a very high review of his representation.
