I was referred to this attorney through Lawpoint for a consultation regarding a Georgia landlord-tenant matter involving a property in DeKalb County. When I called, I was told the firm does not handle matters in that area and does not offer consultations or advice regarding those cases. While I un...derstand that firms may limit the geographic areas they serve, I was disappointed by the interaction and felt dismissed rather than guided toward an appropriate resource. The receptionist suggested I let the referral service know that they do not handle those types of matters. As someone seeking legal guidance during a stressful situation, I found the conversation unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. My review is based on my experience with the intake process and customer service, not on the attorney's legal work itself.
