As I remember this was some sort of clear abuse situation Kay was alleged to have perpetrated that the no nonsense judge had already warned Kay about before I ever got to court the second time. Chosen as my attorney for indigent defense in Cherokee County. This gentlemen works with you not for you. Despite having to meet with in person per rule imposed by the county’s indigent law office, he makes no concessions in how you meet but expects you to meet him outside a court room regardless of ...your transportation situation. If he is this non accommodating outside of the courtroom I can only imagine his lack of zealous defense.

he is a quack I felt like I got him and back of a cereal box first of all when I came in to see him to talk about my case he hurry me up and rushed me out his office. so at the court date he did not know what was going on he was on prepared he looks shocked it was a circus in the courthouse so the ju...dge basically put handcuffs on me and sent me away for to jail for 20 days for a restraining order that I violated and mr. long did not get me out of it basically I spent $1,000 just to make a mockery of me in court and send me off the jail I would never had this attorney ever again a waste of money waste of time he needs to retire i was so embarrass
