Used this attorney as he was local and the initial consult he got all the info needed and had a plan setup. The issues come after the filing when creditors refuse to abide by the automatic stay, continue to contact you via e-mail, take money out of checking accounts and he finds some excuse for wh...y it's not his issue to deal with as you the client didn't take proper steps beforehand. Despite there being no law saying you have to stop payment on anyone that has auto draft that you filed BK against. As an FYI my bank reversed the payments withdrawn and placed a perm stop payment on any future attempts. No help from legal representation however. Had to do the legwork myself. If you think you might have the slightest issue with your case I would suggest looking elsewhere. Other might cost more but could save you a great deal of worry and headache.
