This attorney was assigned as a court appointed attorney because my son couldn't afford one. Thought it was going to be a joke but this man fought for him over a long period to get what he needed. He knows how to talk to the prosecuter and judges. I would have had to pay thousands for what my son go...t for free. Who knew? I suggest you email and give any information you can along the way. It's team work that wins. They can't do it all by themselves. You aren't the only case they have. Phone calls impeded production. Email....we all win with this attorney.

I was issued a restraining order with numerous false accusations. My children were/are involved and i knew It was not right. I was arrested for the first time ever, charged with 2 felonies for racketeering and conspiracy to violate GA controlled substance act. Yes Aaron Hendrickson got me out of jail after 5 days but my bond was $25000!!! I had never been arrested before! Time came go look at the evidence all they had were... a list of text messages making no real confirmation of any illegal activity. He wanted me to take the guilty plea and avoid court and the chance of prison time. I told him I did not want to. Instead of discussing our defense strategy he talked me into it saying things like "it really could go either way" "at the end of the day I'll be going home no matter what" He is an a$$hole BC now I can't get a job BC of my record and he walked away $8k richer. I would have been better off with a state appointed attorney. Do not give this fraud your business.

21, and got hit for a felony and misdemeanor charge this year in Cobb county. Now I'm not saying that it's all sunshine and daisy's, but when I violated my pre trial probation in Cobb, for the felony, by obtaining another misdemeanor charge, Cobb decided to hold a bond revocation meeting. Previously ...before going in to the court case for this I was doing NA on a daily, community service, and holding down two steady jobs; not to mention clean through and through. Henrickson did say that it could go either way once we got in there in could go either way and I could be spending 10-30 days in jail for this. Accepted. When we got up there in front of a judge, he blatantly neglected every instance of showing that I was going down the right path to handle this and to change my life around (NA, community service, and such) and immediately went into just pleading with the judge not to revoke my bond and claiming that I would plead guilty to my misdemeanor case. His only argument was that and he repeated it several times, which we never even discussed. He not only was claiming something that we never even talked through, but he just seemed to "forget" everything that most likely could've kept me out of jail. I was astonished and stunned and didn't even know what to say. Immediately I was put in handcuffs. I would never go with this lawyer, he is a fraud. Now I am fighting with him to get my retainer fee back as I will not have him be anywhere near my courtroom hearings in the future. By the way, this is my first arrest ever! No prior record whatsoever.
