Aaron Scott Henrickson

I had a very bad year between 2019 and 2020 right before COVID and two cases were brought against me. It took until 2023 to go to court. One was a first time DUI. In the meantime I was let go of my job due to COVID and had to return back to Texas to find work. Aaron got one case completely droppe...d and I got the minimum for the DUI. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable particularly in Paulding County. He was well worth it.

I had been arrested twice, in which the second arrest was when I consulted in Mr. Henrickson. He had been recommended to me by a family friend so I decided to give it a chance. I could not have been more pleased with my experience throughout the duration of my court dates and trial; The court process... lasted over a span of about ten months. Throughout the year Mr. Henrickson provided exceptional concern in my case, returned my calls within a timely manner, and most importantly showed support in any decisions I made pertaining to my case and options. While being arrested for a DUI with a prior arrest for MUI can lead to serious consequences, I still chose to fight the charge and take it to trial rather than accepting any plea deals. Needless to say, after the prosecutor and Mr. Henrickson presented their arguments in the courtroom, the jury found me not guilty of DUI and I was only given a ticket for other accused charges. His office proceeded to check up on me after the final trial date which was very thoughtful. The assistance I received from him and from within his firm could not have been more helpful and was an overall wonderful experience (for as enjoyable any situation involving law enforcement/arrests can be)!
