She started out so supporting and ready to work and ended up taking my money and disappearing. I hired this attorney in 2020 and almost 6 years later she never filed my case in court. I did all the work! I handed her all the necessary documents, contacted the other party to include family members, ca...lled other offices for information and documentation, and even wrote court petitions myself and gave them to the other party myself for her to file in court. She never filed anything in court despite telling me she had. She ignored my calls, texts, and emails for months and years at a time and never provided updates. She apologized once, stating that she couldn’t do anything and tried (despite other party responding back to her acknowledging receipt of documents). However, she refused to return money for services not rendered even though she AGREED to give me a refund. She then stated that she should charge me more and $300 per hour if I withdrew despite agreeing to do a flat fee, lying about filing the documents in court, and never actioning anything she was hired to do. She even admitted to being hacked and jeopardizing my PII not only on her computer and emails, but the hacker was trying to access my home computer with her link!! Not a single apology for that. I must hire another attorney for something that should’ve been handled by her over 5 years ago.
