Firm member T. Neal Brunt focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, collections, family law, probate administration, wills and trusts, and real estate law. Mr. Brunt received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1988. He served as a Law Clerk to Superior Court Judges in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit from 1988-1990. Mr. Brunt was admitted to practice in the State of Georgia in 1988 and is also admitted to appear before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Cartersville-Bartow County Bar Association.
Mr. Brunt has served on the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia, 2009-present; and as Special Assistant Attorney General for State of Georgia, 2010-present.
