Linda Gettle and her cronie Marian Weeks conspired to keep me away from my children. They failed to disclose they vacationed together quite often. My ex wife who is a partner at Littler Mendleson lied and is now facing disbarment. Linda even went so far as to testify against me in a child custo...dy case in Minnesota. I paid in excess of $5000.00 AND SHE WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. She is part of the good ol boy network in Georgia. She even went so far to order a Psych test on me even though she has never had one minute of mental health training in her life. Do not use this person . In fact, Im not sure she will still be licensed this time next year. I am filing complaints in Georgia. She is very connected.

She was paid to evaluate a multi-tier custody case and failed. Her job was to review school, homes, friends and medical records, the child was only 7.5 at the time. She failed to interview any friends, actual family members, and never obtained or reviewed any medical records to substantiate the chil...d's actuall illnesses. This case was the largest custody case in Cobb County in 10 years and this attorney, an Officer of the Court, should at all times be fair, honest, earnest in her role and efforts to seek the facts of any case and present it honestly to the court. I would never recommend her. There is nothing more important than changing the home of a child and not substatiating information and making an informed presentation to the court and an informed decision without all the facts is not in the best interest of any child.
