Includes representing parents, grandparents and other custodians in cases alleging deprivation of children, and children in defense of charges that would be crimes if they were adults. Also prosecuting and defending actions seeking to terminate a parent's right to thier children.

Probate and administration of estates, will contests, representing heirs in disputes over estate property, prosecuting and defending guardianship actions ot have a child or adult be declared incapacitated.

The drafting of wills, living wills, powers of attorney for health care and general and limited powers of attorney.
