I had a minor incident (misdemeanor) occur that required me to obtain legal representation in Cherokee County, GA. I am a 46 year old male, college degree (BA Business Administration/Bible), Georgia Boy (born and raised), father of two, and one of the worst experiences for me in dealing with the cha...rges was having to call around and find an attorney. After making numerous phone calls to various firms in the area, I called Emily and she was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, more than reasonable, spent time explaining the legal process to me, and she is from Georgia too (for those of us truly from Georgia you know how important that is to a Georgian). In summary, I generally don't like attorneys, however there was absolutely nothing not to like about Emily. I was kept informed, advised, and she was always available if I needed her. In addition, she had great rapport with the members of the Cherokee County courthouse, was always punctual, and did a great job representing me. I haven't needed an attorney too many times in my lifetime, however if I ever do again I will contact Emily Evett. Each case is different, but as for this Georgia Boy that just wants to keep to himself and be left alone, she is the best around and I was fortunate to find her! My charges were reduced practically to nothing - thank you!
