Earlier this year, I was arrested for growing a single marijuana plant in my home. I also had a very small amount of low-grade THC extract in my home which didn't help matters at all. As a result, I was thrown into the slammer for six days, lost my job, the respect of my wonderful neighbors, and wa...s pretty much forced to put my career of 25 years on hold. Although, the grow was for personal use only, there were three pending felonies attached to the occurrence. The phrase, "Intent to Distribute" was sandwiched in there somewhere and this bugged me tremendously as I was not in the business of selling or distributing in any fashion. I informed Mr. McDonough that if it were at all possible to get all three of the felonies AND the arrest record dropped, I'd do anything to make this happen. He worked some serious magic and was able to get me accepted into Drug Court where all charges and public arrest records will be dropped under successful completion of the program. I might add that those accused of distribution are not normally eligible for the program. As a result, I am now almost seven months sober, back on track with GOD, and strongly looking forward to getting back to my much-missed career very shortly. My charges included manufacturing, possession of marijuana over an ounce, as well as possession of a firearm while committing a crime. I knew from previous reviews that I wanted to work with Pat. He listened to my side of the story and gave me a checklist of things he would like for me to complete pr...ior to my court date. My checklist included things such as a drug evaluation, community service hours, characters letters, etc. The court date finally arrived and not only did Pat get my gun charge dropped, but he also was able to manage to get the other two felony charges dropped down to misdemeanors. I would have never been able to walk out of that courtroom without Pat's help. He is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable in all aspects and was able to answer and help with any questions I had throughout the process. I am so grateful to have been able to work with someone that worked to get the best results for me. Pat will be the only person I will work with in the event that any further situations occur.

My son, at 21 years old, got himself into a bit of trouble with the law. He was charged with three felony drug related charges. Pat and his team worked with my son, gave him great advice, and made sure he followed through with their instructions. At the pre-trial hearing, Pat was able to negotiate t...wo of the three charges down to misdemeanors and their third felony charge was dropped. Would I use him again? Absolutely! Although, I really hope I don't have to.

A month ago I was pulled over for speeding, and I ended up getting arrested for 2 misdemeanors involving drugs. Facing 3 charges, with a previous misdemeanor involving drugs, I was awfully worried what would result at my arraignment. However, Patrick was amazing! He was very polite, informative, and ...respectful. He was always an email/phone call away, and I never had an issue getting in touch with him. His consultation was very reassuring; after telling him the details of my case, he gave me a very specific outline of what I should preemptively in order to ensure that my case would go in the direction we wanted it to. After going to court, I was able to enter the Pre-Trial Diversion program even after completing it in my previous case. I already completed most of the requirements needed for probation, due to Patrick's insight and recommendations, and all I have to do is 12 months of probation and a few seminars. We started out hiring Patrick after an incident involving 2 drug felonies and 3 misdemeanors. While that case was being worked out I had another hiccup in the road with a DUI. After studying the facts of both cases he took on the DUI first ultimately getting the charge dropped as an unlawful stop. Af...ter beating that case he immediately started on the next involving the two drug felonies and three misdemeanors. Pat managed to get every charged dropped and changed to one count of a prescription out of bottle (a very innocent misdemeanor). I must serve 12 months probation and THATS IT. After the 12 months that charge will be dropped giving me a clean start and a clear record. His assistants are wonderful as well and always answer swiftly with any questions you may have. I really can't say one poor thing about Pat and his team as they are comforting and professional at the same time. I have been so fortunate to have found a great lawyer that made this process go so smoothly.
