Stacy L. Posner

I have hired Stacey Posner in the past. She was very reliable and professional. She always showed up in my hearing and on time! She beat both summons! I have been able to keep 0 points in my NYD DMV license. That's a fact! I don't know who the others are who have criticized her in a negative ma...nner, but it's very questionable.

I hired Stacey to defend me in a simple moving violation ticket and she lost it. She didn't postpone it, most smart traffic lawyers postpone the ticket as much as possible so if there is a guilty verdict the points will remain on records for a shorter period of time. I could have postponed this ticke...t 2 times myself, saved the money I paid to Stacey and delay the appearance of the points on my record. Stacey is careless, you will pay her fee, pay the ticket and get points on your license. I will never deal with her again.

She is the WORST!!! I had traffic tickets. She never attended any of my court. I lost all of them. I changed my lawyer then I won the court. She called me and said you won like she did something! I said yes I was at the court with my lawyer she haunged up and block my number. Dont waste your time a...nd money.
