Best real estate lawyer!

Unprofessional
Was forced to use Claire Lim on a closing which fell through. She hung up on my husband which I felt was very unprofessional. Then she threatened to sue us if he didn't remove it.

Excellent Real Estate Attorney
I have used Claire Lim twice in the last two years. The initial interaction was on a tricky real estate title issue, which required in depth knowledge and research, to solve the issue. The 2nd interaction was closing attorney for my primary residence. Both instances were very positive and through.
