Not someone that I will recommend to anyone
I hired Scott to talk and send a letter to a compoany that owed me money outside of Georgia. because of the amount owed to me the agreement was based on contingency 30% of what ever i get back. The company ignored Scotts 1 phonecall and 1 letter and he said he does not want to continue in this case b...

Replied last June 20, 2024Ridiculous statement from a 2014 interaction when he showed up at my door hearing that I was an attorney! This person did not engage me for 30% contingency payment on his $900 faulty engine claim that would require a trial. What lawyer would engage in a trial on such a case for a $270 fee? After the issuance of a restraining order against Makoul for illegally entering my family’s home property to take pictures and prior to the Court dismissing his case against me entirely, the Court ordered him not once, but twice to pay me $1000 in sanctions for Court violations. The second sanctions order I waived if he would agree to just go away and not make disparaging remarks like this one. He agreed in Court, but obviously Makoul is who he is. He did do landscape work for me then over charged me when I would not pursue his $900 out of state engine case.
