This attorney lacks thoroughness in his work. There have been cases where a mere telephone call and a sworn declaration could have allowed him to prevail in a couple cases and he did not follow through, which resulted in losses in both cases. In one case, a declaration would have resulted, in the ver...y least, issues of facts that could only be resolved at a trial, and instead ended with a Summary Judgment. The other case had the same result. A complaint in USDC NDGA could have resulted in discipline had these 2 cases been presented for a Rule 83 hearing. He would have mess-up another case had I not had another person take care of it. Anytime an attorney for the other side advocates that an adversarial attorney take a subsequent case, there has to be a problem. This is what happened in the subsequent case. There were times that I believed that this lawyer had too much work and wasn't giving me the best possible representation, or he's incompetent. His poor representation had an adverse impact on my career and life.
