Philip Allen Pendergrass Jr.

Philip was born and raised in the Atlanta area. He attended Providence Christian Academy in Lilburn, Georgia, where he was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. Philip continued to pursue his love for baseball into college before an injury to his shoulder ended his playing career. Philip graduated from Augusta State University, renamed Augusta University, before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.

While in law school, Philip was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Student Bar Association, Public Defender Clinic, and student attorney in the Public Interest Practicum. During his summer breaks and part-time during his semesters, Philip worked as a law clerk with one of the country’s most well-known plaintiffs’ firm specializing in mass tort litigation. Philip assisted the firm in representing clients from all across the country in litigation against some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.

Philip has dedicated his practice solely on representing individuals who have suffered personal injuries due to the wrongful acts of others. Philip focuses his practice on dangerous drugs, defective medical products, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and serious personal injury. As a trial attorney with The Pendergrass Law Firm, Philip invests great care and attention to detail in his zealous pursuit to deliver justice and maximum value for his clients.

Philip and his wife live in Peachtree Corners with their daughter and Maggie the golden retriever. When not working, Philip enjoys, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta Braves, playing golf, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
