James W. Hays

We recently were awarded a $300K judgment against Hays and his partners James Martin and Emory Potter. The judge cited “improper tactics” “harassment”, “unclean hands”, “bad faith” and 27 pages of misconduct in his order against these three lawyers. They were ordered to post a bond and they did not,... they were ordered to pay the judgment within 10 days and haven’t paid a penny, and they appealed and lost. They mislead the court and made false statements in their various appeals. They are a menace and will hopefully soon be disbarred!
