I highly recommend Tomlinson for legal services- he did a great job on my case and helped me get an expensive speeding ticket completely off of my driving record. Mr. Tomlinson practices law in the Historic Downtown Norcross; which is how I obtained his services. Due to misplacement on behalf of property management I was relocating. While in California he communicated by phone anytime a decision had to be made&and til this day he still responds asap if I have ...legal questions. Mr. Tomlinson handled my case within eight months, while I lived in another state, and I won!!! As lawyer and client we stuck to our financial agreements and all was well. I would recommended him to anyone I know and I'd use his services again.

Unfortunately, Due to my own lack of knowledge and horrible credit card company’s I was a victim of credit card fraud/debt. I was constantly being harassed by debit collectors and eventually ended up in court for a credit card over 10 years old and wasn’t mine. I quickly paid it. On top of killing my... credit - shortly after started receiving more threating calls and harassment by local law enforcement. At this point, I had enough. I reach out to Mr. Tomlinson who quickly gave me legal advice of my rights and the statute of limitations without charge. This quickly ended my harassment. Mr. Tomlinson then took on my case which ended any communication between the creditors/lawyers and myself. Within a short few months Mr. Tomlinson won and finalized my case without having to step foot in a courtroom and without me paying a dime to the creditors. Thanks to his work I was able to find other credit card issues and resolve them quickly. I am greatly appreciative of exceptional work and would 100% work with him again if needed.

This so called lawyer took over 2 yrs to resolve a simple case and I had to resolve it myself. I spent over $6500 with him and never got any satisfaction at all. When I supposedly owed him the last of his "extortion" money", he was very expedient in trying to collect. If he spent the time on my case ...as expedient as he did trying to collect, he would have taken care of my case quickly. Now Mr. Tomlinson is threatening to sue me for my review for his work on my case. He has harassed me to take down my review and threatened me . Again , I am not satisfied and would not recommend him for anything.
