David B. Groff

I needed to find a good lawyer after I was injured in an auto accident. After asking around with friends I posted on Facebook for referrals. Two of my friends posted that they had used David Groff and were happy. I contacted Mr. Groff and was pleased with his professionalism and expertise. After abo...ut 4 months a settlements was offered to me which far exceeded my expectations. Hiring Mr. Groff was a great move and I would use him again if needed.

I recently finished a divorce case and had Mr. Groff represent me. His professionalism and dedication is unmatched. My calls were promptly returned. The settlement was outstanding. I knew i had hired the right lawyer when my wife told the judge the hearing was unfair because my lawyer was much better... than hers!

Disabled now for 20 years,,,,,,job injury,,,,,groff jumped the boat,,,when opposing attorneys lined his pockets,,,,,,,left me high and dry,,,,if you want a trust worhty attorney,,dont get groff,,,oh yea MR GROFF.....IM IN SOUTH GA. if you want to reply to me,,,,,im the young fella you left in the roa...d....and if that dont ring a bell.....then go buy you some COOPER TIRES,,,,THEY GAVE YOU ENUFF MONEY

This attorney duped me. He didn't iniate my workers comp case, But sent me a release to accept payment of my wkly chks for the last 9 yrs. when I was having trouble with my employers before my dismissal groff said he couldn't help me. when I was dismissed and told by employers to apply for my disabil...ity insurance. mr groff told me don't worry about that but to get the workers comp. I now know why its because he couldn't get a part of that type of insurance. anything I recieved from workers comp was initiated by me. This lawyer just recieved my weekly checks until they ran out, and when they ran out he just told me there was nothing he could do . I have no reciept of billable hours. When I call the office(possibly every 3mths) his secretary screens the , when she knows who it is , he's mysteriously not there. When I have issued thats related to my comp claim I am handling it myself. The comp people have even suggested that i get my attorney to do more. appt,claims etc Attn dud!!!
