Whitney Elizabeth Scherck

I retained Whitney through another law firm she worked for in July 2021 to represent me with my first offense case to get expunged. I gave her the necessary paperwork she needed in order to represent me and my case. She put me on a payment plan to pay $200 since I couldn’t front the whole $2500 upfro...nt. We did chat up until November 2021 (week before thanksgiving) and after that, communication stopped. I reached out to her in January 2022, then in March 2022. The first week of March 2022, I did pay off my payments. I emailed her and the law firm I hired her through, to let them know i did pay off my payments….still no response. I texted her cell phone, left voicemails, etc etc. still no responses. FINALLY, the beginning week of June 2022, she emails me from a brand new law firm email, saying she’s switched firms and she would like to set up a meeting. Cool..I told her I’m available anytime and have her number. Until this day, June 28th, 2022 I have not heard from Whitney Scherck. Now, I gotta save up money again to retain another attorney. I feel like I got scammed and now I gotta wait longer to become a RN because I have to get this expunged. I do not recommend this attorney to represent anyone. Do not give her your money, look elsewhere.
