Steven Alan Herman

Attorney Steven A. Herman was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia.  After graduating from Walton High School in Marietta, he attended and graduated from the College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina, where he majored in Communications, and minored in Business Administration. After graduating from the College of Charleston, Mr. Herman attended the New England School of Law, in Boston, MA, where he received his J.D.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Herman moved back home to Atlanta. He began his legal career at a boutique law firm in Atlanta, where he cut his teeth in civil litigation, defending trucking companies in catastrophic tractor-trailer accidents.  Notable clients included Schneider and Swift trucking companies.  After multiple years of defending trucking companies, Mr. Herman joined another boutique law firm, where he broadened his horizons in the legal field.

Mr. Herman spent the next few years litigating cases in the areas of construction law, real estate, property disputes, business law, banking law, contract disputes, personal injury law, and estate law. Mr. Herman also spent the next few years honing his skills in drafting contracts, as well as drafting estate-planning documents.

Later, Mr. Herman decided to go out on his own, starting Herman Law Firm, LLC, where he felt he could provide his clients with more personal attention and provide high-quality services at reasonable prices.

Mr. Herman lives with his wife, Christi, at their home just outside of Atlanta.  When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing basketball, strumming his guitar, and reading history.  Mr. Herman is also an avid movie, sports, and music fan.
