Mr. Witterman was prompt, clear in his explanation of fees, and was clear about the law. I had a company in Buford, GA build a townhome for me according to the model home I had been shown by an gent of Rocklyn Homes, after inquiering about the name of the exact Townhome I was shown, and quite impress...ed wth the open and sofisticated look of the same I decided to sign a contract to purchase a the Townhome according to the model that had been shown to me known as the Crestwood; all this took place in September 2014. I did not live in Georgia, it was late December when I finally had the opportunity to see the Townhome which was ready. It is noteworthy to say that I had spent close to $ 8,000.00 on upgrades such as bathroom tiles, wood floors throughout the first floor, kitchen granite countertops etc., out of pocket. I was in very upset when I first saw the place they had changed the architecture on the landing from the model home I had seen; the result was that the open and wonderful look and feel of the place was altered considerably, also after paying top dollar for upgrades, I found out they had used the most unattractive cut of granite, different shades of tiles in the bathroom which was quite obvious to the naked eye, what is worse they were bullying me into buying the property telling me I would be sued if I did not proceed with the closing as scheduled. It was at this time that I consulted the internet, my criteria was that I needed someone with experience somehow I came accross Mr. Witterman's website, as well as other attorney's sites, after consulting with 4 of them at last I chose Mr. Witterman. needless to say Mr. Witterman produced such results that in less than a month the Builders cancelled the contract and refunded my money plus extra for my troubles. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Witterman for any case he may be qualified to handle, he is thorough, quite knowleadgabe of the law and very personable, easy to talk to. In fact, I am moving to Georgia and will be happy to use his services again. This time I am renting while I decide to buy again.

I called Mr. Witterman's office when I had a pending legal issue with an employee. He worked around the clock for two days to assist me with my issue, even though he was overloaded with work with other clients. He listened and helped me create my side of the case to present to the employee showing ...that the claims made were not valid and handled all correspondence with the employee. In the end he was able to help me end the issue without incident and helped me avoid a potential lawsuit. He was never too busy to answer my call or email, and he seemed personally invested in making sure this issue would be solved quickly and without incident. I will be a client for life!
