Upon attending an Estate planning seminar with my husband which was hosted by attorney J. Oren Ross II we hired him to prepare our estate plan. Successfully explaining in the seminar the legality‘s of wills, living trusts, proxies, Power of attorney in layman‘s terms that was reiterated in his offic...e. Mr.Ross prepared an estate plan that was comprehensively structured and condensed in a portfolio binder. The portfolio is a go to guide of all the important and pertinent documents needed to be forwarded to the survivors of interest. A record keeping system of our estate plan. Yearly Mr. Ross reaches out to us for updates and changes since the establishment of our Trust. Mr. Ross rendered services that are immeasurable and in an expeditious manner.

Writing a will isn't as easy as we thought. We knew what we wanted in our will, but had no idea just how complex it could be. We hired Oren to help us figure out the details of our will and how to make sure that what we wanted would be able to happen with out being contested. He was very knowledgeabl...e and easy to work with. We feel confident that if something were to happen then our family would be taken care of.

He was able to guide my husband and I on how best to handle our farm, house, and other assets as we age.
