Kyle Marc Globerman

I am a technology attorney skilled in the art of patent and trademark prosecution, design-around analysis, infringement, non-infringement and invalidity analysis, and drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements, license agreements, supply agreements and software and service agreements. 

Beyond my extensive conventional IP experience, I attained degrees in both engineering and accounting. In connection with the latter, I extended my education with graduate work and successfully obtained a CPA designation. I started my working career as a practicing engineer. Later, I worked with management to consult on tax matters and conduct financial audits while working at large accounting firms. These experiences not only allowed me to work closely with corporate management, but also to examine complex legal issues with a more complete business perspective. In sum, I am able to assist corporate management in making business decisions in light of legal issues, instead of merely making legal recommendations in light of business issues.
